Traditional Yoga Classes
Join Fly Aerial Studio for a traditional yoga class. We offer all styles of traditional yoga in our peaceful yoga studio. Our group of friendly instructors are all certified at or above the 200 RYT level. This ensures that you are always receiving the safest quality instruction from experienced teachers. Our teachers come from diverse yoga backgrounds, so there is a great deal of variety at the studio and a yoga class for everyone. To learn more about our teachers, check out our Troupe page. This class is great for new yogis and experienced practitioners alike. We will build a strong foundation for your yoga practice. Common asanas will be visited, and you will become familiar with Sanskrit terminology. Beginner does not mean easy! Expect this class to be a healthy challenge.
Hot Power Yoga
Hot Power Yoga is a blend of balance, flexibility, and core strengthening. The class offers the detoxifying qualities of hot yoga with the intensities of power yoga. Class is for all levels and beginner friendly.
This class is great for new yogis and experienced practitioners alike. Gentle flow is instructed between 4-5 restorative poses. Restorative poses are deeply relaxing. These poses utilize many yoga props and are held for 7-10 minutes each.
In this class, you will learn the importance & advantages of the body-breath connection through vinyasa as a way to settle the mind. This class is recommended for those with a foundation in yoga, but anyone is welcome!
In this vinyasa style class, you will learn to connect your breath with movement in a unique, fast paced, flow! This class seeks to provide playfulness and variety, always bringing in new sequences, poses, and music! As an intermediate level class, a basic knowledge of yoga poses is recommended, but each posture is explained and offered with modifications, so all levels are welcome.
In this yoga class, you will practice at your own pace through the Ashtanga Primary Series. An instructor will be in the room to offer adjustments and guidance. If you are unfamiliar with the Ashtanga yoga method, no problem; you will be guided through the basics of the practice as needed.
High Powered Hatha
This hatha style yoga class places emphasis on alignment and form. Focussing on technique, these grounding practices develop pose proficiency and physical strength by way of careful attentiveness to the body. As an intermediate level class, a basic knowledge of yoga poses is recommended, but each posture is explained and offered with modifications, so all levels are welcome.
A vinyasa based class designed to ignite the core, this class will build strength, cultivate flexibility, and improve your posture. The vinyasa movement will assist in overall mobility, and the core strengthening exercises will engage key muscles in a strong but gentle way. We will work up a sweat, so you may want to bring a towel and water. Open to all levels of practitioners, modifications will be given if necessary.
