TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. All new students will be required to participate in a 10-minute orientation. Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class to allow time for this. You will not be allowed to participate in class until you have received orientation.
  2. All new students will be required to execute a Waiver and Release in order to participate in classes at Fly Aerial Studio, LLC. Any student under the age of nineteen (19) will be required to have a parent or legal guardian’s signature on the Waiver and Release. All participants and parents/guardians must provide a valid form of government identification. For your convenience, you may sign the digital waiver by clicking here. Students are required to have a waiver on file. No exceptions.
  3. Classes begin on time. Please arrive early, and be prepared to begin by the start of class. As a courtesy, the door will be left open for 5 minutes after the start of class. Anyone that arrives more than 5 minutes after the start of class will not be permitted into the class. This is for your safety.
  4. Class reservations are encouraged as space is limited.
  5. Since space is limited, any aerial reservation cancelled less than six (6) hours prior to class will still be charged in full. The ground classes have a 30 minute cancellation policy.
  6. Registration closes 30 minutes prior to class. If there is no one registered at that time, class will be cancelled.
  7. Wear comfortable form-fitting clothing that covers the armpits and knees. Leggings and form-fitting tops work well. Be aware that you may be going upside down, and dress accordingly. Long hair should be tied back. Please wear deodorant in consideration of the next person on the fabric.
  8. Jewelry is absolutely prohibited in class. To participate in any class, you must remove ALL jewelry (especially rings and bracelets). This requirement is for your safety and the integrity of the equipment.
  9. Do not wear perfume or lotion of any kind as it will damage the fabric.
  10. Only Fly Aerial Studio, LLC students are allowed on the floor.
  11. No shoes are allowed on the floor.
  12. No food, gum, or liquid is allowed on the floor.
  13. Use of the equipment before permission is given by the instructor on duty is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of any equipment will result in removal of the student from the program.
  14. Individuals under the influence of drugs and alcohol may not participate in any class or activity at Fly Aerial Studio, LLC.
  15. Alcohol, drugs, and any illegal activities are strictly forbidden on the Fly Aerial Studio, LLC premises.
  16. Before participating in a class, please inform your instructor of any recent or recurring injuries, aches, or pains.
  17. Regular classes with only one (1) participant will run as scheduled but will be shortened by fifteen (15) minutes.
  18. Fly Aerial Studio, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. As such, please make sure to secure any and all personal items before entering the studio.
  19. Fly Aerial Studio, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason deemed appropriate by the instructor.
